Our company, Smart SharePoint Solutions BV, offers a solution for Planning and Control by connecting tasks and documents folders. This results in process optimization, quality assurance for your process documents and working without frontiers.

Our Products

We offer Financial Suite® and Legal Platform as business process tools.

Financial Suite® is a document and task control system, built on Microsofts' SharePoint platform. Financial Suite® contains individual websites for forecast, budget and reporting.

Every organization suffers from the problem of documents that must exist, but cannot be found when needed.

Expertise

We have joint forces, bundled the skills and experience on reporting, planning and control, SharePoint and dot.net to achieve our goal. Our developers have over 25 years of experience in these areas.

To achieve our goal, we have selected Microsoft's SharePoint platform. SharePoint (all versions including office365) is the basis for Financial Suite® and Legal Platform, because it has all the tools to collaborate within an organization and therefore by definition within the planning and control/reporting department.
